New Exercise Posting
Making a new Exercise posting so I don’t have to scroll down so far to comment. Well, this is the beginning of Week 3, but because I was so hit & miss on Week 2, I’m gonna do Week 2 all over again. I ate a lot this past weekend - Mama’s on Saturday nite, watching the LSU game with David and then David & I went out to eat at Red Lobster last nite, sooooo . . . guess I’ll need to step up the walking this week. My Pilates class starts back again on Wednesday - looking forward to that. And at least I did a good bit of yard work on both days this past weekend. So it’s not a total bust for Week 2, but maybe I can do a little better this time around.
