Birds I've seen recently

Working on ID'ing this hawk. Whitethroated Sparrow - the one with the haunting winter song. Eastern Phoebe

I am leaning toward Red-Tailed Hawk for the first picture. Although you can't see the tail very well, the light colored front with the streaked band is a good ID mark. Could be a young one.
